 제1조 명칭
본 조직의 명칭은 골든아트클럽 (Golden Art Club)이라 한다.

The name of this organization is called Golden Art Club.

 제2조 클럽 소재지
본 클럽의 소재지는 다음과 같다.

Article 2 Location of the club
The location of this club is:
Lotte Castle President O-1604, Mapo-daero 109, Mapo-gu, Seoul 04146 Korea

 제3조 목적
본 규정은 원활한 클럽 운영과 사무 처리의 지침으로 사용하고자 함에 있다.
Article 3 Purpose
This regulation is intended to be used as a guideline for smooth club operation and business management.
 첫째, 골든아트클럽 회원은 한국미술진흥원의 VIP회원으로서 최고의 가치를 형성한다.
First, Golden Art Club members form the best value as VIP members of the Korea Arts Promotion Agency.
 둘째, 골든아트클럽 회원은 분기별 모임을 통해 골든아트클럽 회원간 이해와 친선을 증진한다.
Second, Golden Art Club members promote understanding and friendship among Golden Art Club members through quarterly meetings.
 셋째, 골든아트클럽 회원은 아트메니지먼트 강의를 통해 미술지식을 습득한다.
Third, Golden Art Club members acquire art knowledge through art management lectures.
 넷째, 골든아트클럽 회원은 작품 구입 시 할인을 받으며, 공동 구입 시 판매 후 이익을 공유한다.
Fourth, Golden Art Club members receive a discount when purchasing works, and when purchasing jointly, share the profits after the sale.
 다섯째, 골든아트클럽 회원은 국내외 아트 투어를 통해 예술작품에 대한 안목을 넓히고 문화를 향유한다.
Fifth, Golden Art Club members broaden their perspective on artworks and enjoy culture through domestic and international art tours.
 여섯째, 골든아트클럽 회원은 한국미술진흥원 시설 라운지 및 부대시설을 이용할 수 있다.
Sixth, Golden Art Club members can use the facility lounge and auxiliary facilities of the Korea Arts Promotion Agency.
 일곱째, 골든아트클럽 회원의 가족은 한국미술진흥원 부설기관의 온라인 전시를 회원가로 진행할 수 있다.
Seventh, the families of Golden Art Club members can hold online exhibitions of institutions affiliated with the Korea Arts Promotion Agency at member prices.
 여덟째, 골든아트클럽 회원은 한국미술진흥원에서 국가예술방송 및 기타 언론에 홍보한다.
Eighth, members of the Golden Art Club are promoted by the Korea Arts Promotion Agency to the national art broadcasting and other media.
 아홉째, 골든아트클럽 회원은 시회공헌 활동을 하며 사회적 가치 실현에 앞장선다.
Ninth, Golden Art Club members take the lead in realizing social values through community contribution activities.

 제4조 총회 개최
본 클럽 총회는 분기별 1회, 정해진 날짜와 시간에 총회를 개최함을 원칙으로 한다.
(1) 본 클럽 총회는 각 분기별 넷째 주 금요일에 개최한다.
(2) 긴급한 상황 또는 특별한 사유가 있는 경우에는 모임을 비정기적으로 소집할 수 있다.
Article 4 Holding a general meeting
In principle, the general meeting of this club is held once a quarter, on a set date and time.
(1) This club meeting is held on the fourth Friday of each quarter.
(2) Meetings may be convened irregularly if there is an urgent situation or special reason.

 제5조 총회 시간
총회 개최시간은 특별한 경우를 제외하고는 19시로 한다.
Article 5 General Meeting Time
The general meeting shall be held at 19:00, except in special cases.

 제6조 투표 방식과 회장선출
(1) 본 클럽의 회장은 한국미술진흥원 원장 추천 또는 회원 선거로 선출한다.
(2) 회장직 연임은 3회로 제한한다.
Article 6 Voting method and election of president
(1) The president of this club is elected by the recommendation of the president of the Korea Arts Promotion Agency or by election of members.
(2) The term of office as president is limited to three consecutive terms.

 제7조 출석의 보전
(1) 본 골든아트클럽의 모든 회원은 반드시 매 분기별로 클럽 총회에 최소한 50 퍼센트 이상 출석하거나 출석보전을 해야 한다.
(2) 회원이 위의 출석 의무 규정을 지키지 못하는 경우, 운영위원회가 그 회원의 결석에 정당하고 충분한 사유가 있다고 인정하지 않는 한, 회원 자격은 종결된다.
Article 7 Preservation of Attendance
(1) All members of this Golden Art Club must attend at least 50 per cent of the club's general meeting on a quarterly basis or make a supplement to their attendance.
(2) If a member fails to comply with the above rules of attendance obligation, membership will be terminated unless the Steering Committee recognizes that the member's absence has a just and sufficient reason.

 제8조 회원자격 유지
(1) 회원은 회원가입 즉시 당기 회비 완납을 원칙으로 한다.
회비는 평생 입회비 1,200만원 (일시불 1,000만원)이며, 월 회비는 회의를 통해 결정한다.
(2) 당기 회비 미납회원은 운영위원회에서 의결 후, 서면 통보 할 수 있으며, 회원가입 후 다음 달까지 유예기간을 두며, 유예기간 내에 회비 완납이 되지 않을시, 회원자격을 상실한다.
(3) 회원권은 양도 할 수 없다.
 Article 8 Maintenance of Membership
(1) In principle, members must pay the current membership dues in full immediately after membership registration.
The membership fee is a lifetime membership fee of 12 million won (one-time payment of 10 million won), and the monthly membership fee is decided through a meeting.
(2) Members who do not pay the current membership dues may be notified in writing after a decision is made by the Steering Committee, and there is a grace period up to the next month after membership registration.
(3) Membership is non-transferable.

 제 9조 용어의 정의
(1) 탈회 (자격정지) : 탈회 시점까지 각종 회비를 완납하고 본인의 의사에 의하여 탈회신청을 한 회원
(2) 제명 : 회원 자격 유지 조건에 따른 의무를 다하지 않았을 경우에 해당하는 회원
Article 9 Definition of Terms
(1) Retirement (suspension of qualification): A member who has paid various membership fees in full until the time of withdrawal and applied for withdrawal at his/her own will
(2) Exclusion: A member who fails to fulfill his/her obligations under the conditions of maintaining his/her membership

 제10조 효력발효
본안은 2022년 11월 골든아트클럽 회의에서 의결 후 효력을 발휘한다.
Article 10 Effectiveness
This bill will take effect after resolution at the Golden Art Club meeting in November 2022.
